Default MOP ft 50 Cent - Big Boy Game

fiyaaaaaa. Its basically the usual MOP style with a hook from 50.

I guess 50 is signing both M.O.P. and Mobb Deep to G-Unit...which is a very smart move on his part.

is 50 the new ashanti?

Freedom certainly doesn't feel free. Lady Liberty looks more and more like a battered housewife. And Democracy seems like a shopping spree.

hate to say it, but both those groups are on their way out. Mobb deep usually still have good beats but their lyrical content hasn't changed much in the past 10 years. M.O.P. have a few great songs but their style gets old after a while.

Haven't heard that new song though I'll see if I can get it somewhere.

mobb deep has been out for a minute. M.O.P. rules though.

Yeah, it's pretty much a done deal.

Mobb Deep fell off pretty much around Infamy, Burn was pretty much the only "hot" song.

Anyways, maybe MOP will finally get their chance to sell. On a whole 'nother note, anyone else notice that Warriorz pretty much preceded the whole sped up vocal samples thing on The Blueprint by a year? Sure, RZA did it before that, and DJ Quik before him, and Marley Marl before him etc, but MOP had about 3 songs on their album like that.

I wouldn't say they fell off I think Amerikaz Nightmare was a solid album but I'm just not really anticipating another album with the same type of lyrics that they have basically had since forever

Amerikaz Nightmare was certainly mediocre, but saying that Mobb Deep fell off... I wouldn't agree. Let's just say they're "rebounding" from Infamy.
