Ravioli on toast with ham between the slices
4 minutes in the microwave for the ravioli and 2 minutes for the toast to pop fuck cooking properly

frozen peas cooked with shallot and garlic all in some chicken stock.
added in salt and pepper to taste. tossed with some pasta shells and all topped with some parma cheese. heaven!

2 english muffins, 1/2 cup of frozen chopped spinch, medium tomato, red onion, cracked pepper turkey (but not in the omelett)
